One of the core values of IDPro is “Transparency”, and with that in mind the Board has a well-established tradition of publicly publishing the annual plan for our organization. The planning tool we use is the ‘V2MOM’ — vision, values, methods, obstacles and measures — and you can read more about that here.
Our plan for 2022 builds on last year’s successful launch of the CIDPRO. We want to make the exam available to as many professionals as possible. We aim to do just that by promoting the CIDPRO directly and working to significantly expand our membership, which will naturally increase the diversity of our already vibrant community of practitioners, leading to more meaningful support and mentorship.
Growth requires that operations act as efficiently and are as future-proof as possible, so we have included goals focused around improving the foundations of the organization and ensuring that we have the right people and processes in place to support our aspirations.
Finally, you’ll see a continued focus on the core work of IDPro, such as:
- Consolidating the CIDPRO with a second form of the test,
- Extending the Body of Knowledge,
- Promoting the identity profession and supporting our peers at conferences and meetups,
- And understanding the state of our industry through our annual Skills, Programs and Diversity survey.
We are excited to see what 2022 brings and encourage members to participate in the community. You make this all possible!
