We recently celebrated the one year anniversary of the IDPro Body of Knowledge (BoK), but don’t put away your party hat just yet. We are now happy to announce the release of the next issue of the BoK. As in previous issues, Issue 4 includes articles contributed by IDPro members and identity practitioners. Our esteemed editor, Heather Flanagan, has been hard at work managing the review and publication process for the newest issue.
“I’m so proud we’ve kept the momentum to have articles continue to flow through the process. This type of resource—a neutral, experience-led, complete collection of information on identity—it doesn’t exist anywhere else, and it so desperately needs to,” says Heather. “I’m honored to work with a community that’s willing to build on this work because the knowledge to do so is in our community, and we’ve stepped up to the challenge.”
See our latest installment of the IDPro vlog series, “Getting to Know IDPro,” as Heather shares details about her background in the identity industry and insight into the BoK.
The BoK Issue 4 features articles on policy-based access control, account recovery, identity in operations, and federation from an enterprise perspective. Additionally, the consolidated terminology document continues to expand and include terms defined in each published article.
Once you have finished reading through Issue 4, take some time to read through the plethora of BoK articles from previous issues.
